Become a Little Linguists Academy Teacher

At Little Linguists Academy, we’re looking for qualified and passionate language teachers. Here’s what we require from all applicants:

1. Language Proficiency

Applicants must demonstrate fluent proficiency in the language they wish to teach. This can be proven through:

    •    A degree in the language, linguistics, or education (Bachelor’s/Master’s)

    •    Language proficiency certifications (e.g., DELE for Spanish, Goethe-Zertifikat for German, DALF/DELF for French, etc.)

    •    Advanced proficiency exams (e.g., C1, C2) or equivalent proof of language immersion or work experience in a country where the language is spoken

For non-native speakers, additional verification may include advanced proficiency certifications or significant language immersion.

2. Teaching Experience

We prefer applicants with experience in:

    •    Tutoring or classroom teaching

    •    Curriculum development and adapting lessons for different levels

    •    Experience with students of various age groups

Teaching certifications (e.g., CELTA, TEFL for ESL) are a plus but not required.

3. Ongoing Professional Development

At Little Linguists Academy, we support continuous growth, encouraging teachers to participate in workshops and training to enhance their skills.

4. Language Proficiency Assessment

Applicants will undergo a proficiency assessment to evaluate grammar, fluency, listening, speaking, and cultural knowledge.

5. Adaptability and Communication

We seek teachers who can engage students, adapt lessons, and communicate effectively to ensure a positive learning experience.
